I hereby apply for membership to the Uvalde Country Club, and I agree, if Accepted, to abide by its By-Laws and all rules and regulations now in effect and hereafter adopted. I understand that the financial obligations of membership are subject to change without notice and I agree to be bound by such changes. I accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the Club or its property due to my conduct or that of my children or guests, and agree to pay those amounts, along with any changes by my children or guests, pursuant to the rules and regulations now in effect or later adopted.
