The Uvalde Country Club is pleased to offer a full selection of beer, liquor and wine options for your event. You may elect to have an open catered bar, cash bar, or some combination of the two for your guests.
When alcohol is served, we require a minimum of one bar per each 100 people in attendance. A bartender fee of $75 per bar will apply to all events with a cash bar. This fee will be waived for events with an open bar paid by the host. An advanced deposit will be required on all events with an open bar.

UCC’s TABC liquor license requires that beverages may only be dispensed by its employees or bartenders, and that no outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. Alcoholic beverage service may be denied to those guests who appear to be intoxicated or are underage.

The following wines are stocked by the UCC. We recommend for most events that you select one red and one white for your guests to choose from when ordering.
We are happy to provide pricing and availability for any wine or champagne selectionsnot shown on our list below. Special orders will require a minimum guarantee, however any excess purchased bottles may be taken by the host following the event.
By the bottle prices are only available for seated dinners in which bottles will be placed on the tables in advance for your guests. Wine served by our bartenders will be charged by the glass.
